Questions for Lily Donahue CEO of Holiday Retirement

In the Christmas greeting you put out in December 2018, you stated making connections, listening and doing better was the goal of you and your staff.  If this is true why haven’t you responded to the many emails that have sent to you over the past year?  You also have never responded to any of the voicemails that were left for you?

Will the Hawaii Kai Community project be completed? Or, Is this considered completed?

Have you ever even been to the Hawaii Kai Property?

Have you ever read any of the minutes from the resident meetings addressing a wide variety of ongoing maintenance issues?

How can it be, that a property that generates income of at least a million and a half plus per month, can’t maintain two Jacuzzi's and a small pool?

Would you want your parents or Grandparents living in a home that had been stripped of all the elegant koa wood furniture and elegant artwork?

Why were items that were of very good craftsmanship and in excellent condition given away only to be replaced by items of low quality or not at all?

Why is the rent rate lock in not transferable, if a resident needs to move to a smaller unit on the same property?

How would you feel if someone came into your home and took everything familiar out, never to be seen again, then proceeded to put in furniture of lesser quality and left all your walls bare of art work? Then, raised your rent?

How would you feel about new carpet installed in half of your home, while leaving the old carpet in the other half that no longer matches the blue walls, and smells of urine, would you think that was acceptable?

Is this how you would want your Grandparents to be treated?  What about your parents?  What about yourself when you are a senior citizen?

Are you concerned about the state of the property?

Are you concerned about how the residents feel about their homes state of disrepair?

Is increasing the profits for your investors more important than honoring your paying customers contractual agreement?
